Project Management includes the services of a dedicated project manager to oversee the pre-registration process, and pre-show and post show reporting. The Project Manager is responsible for client contact and information dissemination between the TMI team and the client.
TMI creates and designs an attendee registration form that will provide online registration services for your event. The basic registration form includes:
- The creation of a custom back end database
- Registration form with complete demographics
- Survey questions per specifications
- Custom acknowledgment page
- Automated email confirmation
- Internet payment processing
This module accepts speaker abstracts during the Call for Papers submission period, allows for paper review and acceptance, and provides an interactive session itinerary builder for your attendees.
Session planning, session tracking and session scanning.
When it is time to go on-site, TMI will be right there with you to see the process through the end. We ensure that the registration process goes as smoothly as possible. We send our technical staff in several days prior to your event in order to ensure that everything will be ready long before those doors open on the first day. Our management staff follows shortly thereafter to train on-site data entry personnel and ensure all systems are ready and tested.
TMI can assist clients with management of reservation processing, and final room reporting. The reservation process is handled by the same Customer Service Representatives that handle registration, making this entire process a "one-stop shop."
